A; Every job is quoted by the project, not the hour, and every job has a $120 minimum. Most jobs can be quoted from photos, and you get clear, itemized options before we start. Typical labor prices: TV mounting $150 to $350; door adjustments $120 to $300; interior door replacement $250 to $500; exterior door replacement $250 to $750; wood rot repair from $250 per section; gate repair $120 to $200; picture hanging, curtains and blinds, and furniture assembly from $120. Prices are for labor: supply your own door, mount or hardware, or we can source doors and hardware and include them in the quote.

A: We prefer to work on a project-based model rather than a standard hourly rate. We believe this is the fairest way to handle home repairs because it provides you with clear, predictable pricing from the start. You aren't paying for "clock-watching"—you are paying for the successful completion of the job to our high quality standards. Every job has a $120 minimum.

A: Yes. Our workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work, we come back and make it right at no charge. Doors, mounts, blinds and other items you supply are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.
