Dallas Elite Home Services is a handyman business serving Dallas and the surrounding cities. This page explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
What this website collects
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example, from a search or social media), general location at the city level, device and browser type, and actions such as tapping our phone number or quote button. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We use these reports to improve the site, not to identify you.
This website has no forms of its own that collect personal information, and we don't run advertising tracking on it.
Quote requests, calls, texts and email
Our "Get a Free Quote" button takes you to a request form hosted by Markate, the scheduling and invoicing service we use. Information you enter there, such as your name, phone number, email, address, photos and job details, is handled under Markate's privacy policy.
When you call, text or email us, or request a quote, we use your details only to respond, quote, schedule, invoice and follow up on your job. That includes a request for a review after the job is finished.
Content from other services
Our gallery shows posts from our Instagram account, and our pages link to our Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and other profiles. Those services may collect information when you view their content or follow a link, under their own privacy policies. The fonts on this site load from Bunny Fonts, which does not use cookies.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as Markate, Google Analytics and our website host, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits. To ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email or call us using the details below.
Children
